Okay so I have been asked a lot about Bella and by a lot I mean nearly every guest asks, if not every guest then every other and I wasn't going to do this because it does hurt a lot of feelings and what not but after thinking it over today I realized this way will give the site the best chance with a Bella who wants it and will do good with it.

So here are the rules
