LIVING IN: He is back in Forks, Washington. FAMILY: Edward Masen Senior, Elizabeth Masen, Carlisle Cullen, Esme Cullen, Rosalie Hale, Emmett Cullen, Jasper Hale, Alice Cullen. HISTORY: Edward was born on June 20, 1901 in Chicago, Illinois. Edward grew up with parents who most would consider old fashioned. Thinking the army was a good way to go, when he was young wanted to enlist during WW1. That changed, when he and his parents became sick from the Spanish Influenza in 1918. His father died in the first wave of the breakout. Before his mother died during the second outbreak, she begged Carlisle to do everything within his power to save Edward. Carlisle acted on her wishes when Edward was near death himself. After Elizabeth died, Carlisle took Edward from the hospital, brought him to his house, and there changed him into a vampire. Edward rebelled at the beginning of his vampire life and left Carlisle and Esme in 1928. While he was away,he used his mind reading ability to attack the worst of the worst by killing them. Who needed the filth of the world anyhow? A few years later, returned to Carlisle's way of life of drinking animal blood, rather than human. Over the next 80 to 90 years, Edwards family grew in size. Esme, a distraught, grieving mother of a dead child, became Carlisle's mate and Edward's adoptive mother. Rosalie, a would-be socialite left for dead by her fiancé, became his sister. Emmett became adoptive brother after Rosalie found him near death from a bear attack and fell in love with him. Jasper and Alice sought out and found the Cullens and adopted themselves into the family after both escaping their own pasts. He was in Forks priorly when he met Bella Swan in school. She and him hit it off near instantly and started a relationship. Everything was planned for a wedding of the two. He thought everything was perfect. Only it appearantly wasn't. On their wedding day, as Bella walked down the aisle, she broke down. She left Edward at the altar saying she was sorry to all. That was the last he saw of her for years. During this time, broken hearted Edward left Forks with his family and tried to move on. Only that wasn't in his cards either. Slowly one by one, the Cullens are returning to Forks and he has since returned..again. OTHERCHARACTERS: RP SAMPLE: Since coming back to Forks, Edward had yet to go to the meadow. The meadow was a special place for Edward for several reasons. It wasn't only a place that he came to for its beauty, it was a place to come and think. It held special memories of the only woman he had ever loved in his life, Bella. Having gone hunting a few minutes before to feed his need food, he found himself walking into the clearing of the meadow. When he got to the middle of the clearing, he came to a pause. Slowly he turned his head so that he could look to either side of him. It was painful to be here. At least that was how he felt at the moment. The memories of the wonderful times he shared with Bella were heavy in this place. It was almost like he could smell her there. That sweetest of all smells. Hers alone. Unique in its own way to him. Edward lowered down to sit into the thick flowered grass. His right hand easily glided over the tips of the grass. His eyes came to a close. He, even to this day, never fully understood why she had ran out on him at the altar. He had his suspicions. Maybe what it was, was that he didn't really want to know. A part of him inwardly etched away at his being. To lose ones soul and what made you live was hard for Edward. There were definite changes in Edward. Anyone who knew him back then might see those changes too. This thought had him opening his eyes at that moment. What was being back in Forks going to bring him this time around? He couldn't help but wonder. |
